Hypnosis for Lucid Dreaming and Healing 

Hi this is Joe T, and in this audio we’re going to attempt to have a lucid dream with the intent of healing. In the book, “Lucid Dreaming: Gateway To The Inner-Self” the author mentions some stories of people healing themselves both emotionally and physically. Is it possible?
